EASY CHOCOLATE CHIP BROWNIE CHEESECAKE

Make this easy chocolate chip brownie cheesecake at your next party and you’ll be the favorite. Brownie mix plus a simple cheesecake topping come together for a truly delightful dessert!



INGREDIENTS

  • 1 box brownie mix, (9x13 size)
  • 2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 (8-oz) container whipped topping
  • 1 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to correct temperature for 9x13-inch pan. Prepare brownie mix according to directions; pour into springform pan. Bake according to package directions. Cool completely.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar in a medium bowl until smooth. Fold in vanilla extract and whipped topping followed by mini chocolate chips. Spread over cooled brownies in springform pan. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
  3. Serve topped with a drizzle of chocolate sauce and extra chocolate chips or chocolate shavings (optional).
